23 Courteney St is superbly appointed, once parked didn't use the car for rest of week. Accommodation is ideal large family or for two families to share, it's spacious dog and child friendly. Furnishings and bedding all to a high standard, and thoughtfully equipped the Aga being the icing on the cake. The views of the estuary from the terrace and master bedroom are amazing

All In all exceptional value, and a wonderful base to enjoy all that Salcombe has to offer

Had a fabulous couple of weeks.  Lots of sunshine and often enjoyed from the top terrace. What great views!  A wonderful spot to relax and unwind.  The house is lovely and in a brilliant position for enjoying all that Salcombe has to offer.  We are sad to be leaving and hope to be back again soon.

 A beautiful cottage in the best location in Salcombe, Courtney Street!  We have been coming to Salcombe for years; the children were very young when we first came and they are now 21, 20, 18 and 15. We had a wonderful week and will definitely be back.  Sitting on the Sun Terrace with a cup of tea looking out to sea was absolutely glorious.
